Well, it's been a long time since I wrote on this thing. I'm sorry but I've been trying my way around the Facebook. Boy, everybody and their brother is on that thing. I thought I would start small and work my way up. That's why I did it this way.
A lot has happened since I was here last. It's been almost a whole year. I can't remember much but I'll run through the highlights.
Let's see...I've join the facebook crowd and met a lot of people through that thing. Jeez, that "place" is very popular. We've enlisted Shawn in Tennis. Crazy boy loves tennis, but we accidentally packed his racket up and so now he can't play. The one he has out is "ancient" according to the coach. It should be, it belonged to Grandmother.
I remember her taking me to the park to play while she practiced her serving. Man, when I was younger, I hated tennis. I used to wonder why she loved it so much. She'd play it at the park and watch it on t.v. I never really understood the sport on television. That's like watching golf on t.v. A waste of my time. So I had to learn to entertain myself some other way. Maybe that is why I have a wild imagination now. I never really thought about it before.
Well, anyways, he seems to be enjoying it so that's all that really matters. Everything else can go out the window. Making new friends and having fun. That's high school for ya. ha ha ha.
Speaking of meeting new people, we met new family members. I don't remember seeing them before, but maybe I have and was just too young to notice or remember. I believe we all met at Granddaddy's 90th Birthday. Wow!!! How kewl it must be to live to be 90. Think of all the things he's seen, the changes he has witnessed, etc. I, personally, wouldn't want to go that far.
I look around now and the changes I see aren't for the better. Actually I think it's all for the worse. Everybodys morals have gone out the window. Sad, but true! Why is it that people can't seem to "stick to their guns" anymore??? Have they just lost all hope of ever being respectable and just don't care about the way they are received in society????
Well, whatever. Whatever will be, will be.
