Isn't it amazing that when disaster strikes, it always comes in pairs?
A few days ago my mother's boyfriend cut open his hand with a hand-saw cutting back a ladies shrubs and had to get 12 stitches. Ouch!
Have any of y'all ever had to have stitches? I have, once when I was a child. I cut the top of my foot open on a rusted swing-set and had to have 7 stitches because of how deep the gash was. I was four at the time and it was a traumatic event in my young life.
Now today...welp, my mother's boyfriends step-mother backed her SUV into her car-port and damaged the back. It now has ropes tied to keep it from coming up. I guess she forgot she left it open after she brought in her bags from shopping for the day. Now it is going to cost them $1200 to have it fixed. Oh boy!
Just me talking about whatever comes to mind for that time period. It just depends on what kind of day I am having.
Welcoming
I just wanted to write a line to welcome those who visit my blog. However, I don't know much about these things, since I am learning as I travel along this process.

Over-haul
Good evening all!! I have been looking at this blog and I have found it is sadly lacking in something. I just have not been able to put a name to it. I'm normally too busy to always post my thoughts, dreams, wishes, etc that people talk (type) about in these things. For this, I apologize. With the family and school and other responsibilities, I just haven't the time to keep myself, must less anyone else up to date on the day to day.
Funny how this is for women, but lets face it...not men!! Oh well, who ever said life was fair, huh?:-)
I sure didn't. However, I find that is what makes life interesting. Who wants to know what is going to happen by the minutes of every day? Not me!
Starting off...I'm sorry! I'm not good at posting all my thoughts as I go along on each day. I've noticed that not many people are able or actively post on their blogs every day. Unless of course, they have no family, children, spouse, etc.
I feel like I run and run and at the end of the day I still didn't get through with half of what was on my "plate" for the day. You come home and notice that the house you left that morning needs your attention and you feel that there are not enough hours in the days to get it all done. You fall into bed exhausted and what is worse you know you have to face it all again at 6 o'clock the next morning. The sleep you hope and dream of obtaining never arrives because you spend the night tossing and turning and thinking about all the things that are on your agenda for the next day. Is there a magic way to get past this?
I go to bed at 10pm, toss and turn until 12am and then the dogs start barking at 3am. No sleep for me and mine. Anyone else have these problems? I wish there was a magic pill I could take that would make my mind sleep when my head hits my pillows at night, but as far as I know this has not been invented yet. Oh, how I would love for it to be. It would make life so much more easier. Maybe I should throw the word "less stressful" if we had this little pill in our grasp.
